The facilities of Grace Bible Church are intended to be used for the glory of God. Thus, Grace church events and events organized by members of Grace Bible Church take priority over non-church events during the course of the year. However, many of the facilities may also be reserved by the community of Bozeman, so long as the events themselves are not inconsistent with the aims and practices of this church. If you have any questions about reserving a room (or rooms) for a group event, class, wedding, memorial service, or sporting event, please contact Cherie Fairchild at 406-586-9782 x17 or email scheduling@gbcmt.org.

To book a room for an event, the following Facilities Request Form must be completed at minimum 7 days before the event. Requests are considered on a first-come, first-served basis, and are scheduleable one semester ahead of time.  Thank you!
